1，What is the Pre‑supervision‑inspection Operation Test
The pre‑supervision‑inspection operation test refers to the self‑performed no‑load and full‑load continuous pre‑operation tests completed by the manufacturer or installation unit after a single finished unit leaves the factory and completes on‑site assembly and commissioning, and before the arrival of supervision‑inspectors for on‑site inspection. As a statutory pre‑inspection self‑check item for supervision‑inspection, the pre‑supervision‑inspection operation test is mandatory. Without such tests and complete test records, the inspection body may suspend the execution of supervision‑inspection.It shall be distinguished from the hundreds‑of‑hours endurance test prior to type test. The endurance test is a one‑off long‑duration assessment for prototype type‑approval; by contrast, the pre‑supervision‑inspection operation test is a short‑cycle working‑condition verification after assembly of each finished equipment unit. The two tests cannot substitute for one another.
